"Somos Resistencia" repiten cual loritos los jóvenes que han servido de carne de cañón para María Machado, Leopoldo López, Daniel Ceballos, Lilian Tintori, Antonio Ledezma, entre otros antichavistas, desde el 12 de febrero del presente año. Machado ha asegurado que este movimiento violento que ha enlutado las calles de Venezuela es totalmente espontaneo y sin precedente alguno en el país. Es cierto que en el país no se había visto algo tan macabro y bien organizado, pero espontaneo no es, pues tiene unas raíces que en pocos pasos les haremos conocer a través del presente artículo.
¿Has escuchado alguna vez de OTPOR? En idioma serbio cirílico se escribe así: ОТПОР!, y significa "¡Resistencia!". Fue un movimiento originado en Yugoslavia en el año 2000 contra el presidente Slobodan Milosevic.
Dicho país, para ese entonces, transitaba por una intensa crisis civil, basada en enfrentamientos étnicos entre los serbios por un lado y los croatas, bosnios y albaneses por el otro; aunque también en un principio entre bosnios y croatas en Bosnia-Herzegovina. Las guerras y divisiones internas en Yugoslavia, como suele ocurrir, eran propulsadas por los países miembros de la OTAN, fuerza que bombardeó la nación durante 78 días consecutivos en 1999, dejando 2000 civiles muertos y enormes perdidas materiales.
¿Por qué la OTAN metió la mano allí? Yugoslavia era un país de carácter socialista.
Estados Unidos, a través de organismos como la National Endowment for Democracy (NED), financió a grupos radicales, ultranacionalistas y de extrema derecha para dar vida a la campaña "OTPOR", basada en la utilización del manual del golpe suave y las técnicas de la "No Violencia" propuestas por el filósofo estadounidense Gene Sharp.
¿Qué buscaba OTPOR?
Forzar la salida de Milosevic de la presidencia, obviando que sus acciones podían conducir a Yugoslavia a una guerra entre hermanos y hasta su disolución, lo cual ocurrió en 2003.
¿Qué lograron?
Sacaron a Milosevic del poder y lo enviaron a la corte internacional de La Haya en 2001.
Wikipedia -y la usaremos como referencia porque muchas veces los opositores a la Revolución Bolivariana no creen, no confían y se burlan de fuentes serias- dice lo siguiente:
"Dirigiendo sus actividades para convencer a los jóvenes indecisos y otros votantes desilusionados, OTPOR contribuyó al cambio político en las elecciones presidenciales del 24 de septiembre de 2000".
"Asimismo consiguió cambiar el voto de su electorado tradicional. Parte de la maquinaria propagandística de Milósevic trataba a la oposición de espías y traidores, pero cuando intentó desarrollar esta táctica contra los jóvenes activistas de Otpor, resultó contraproducente y todas las represiones y encarcelamientos durante el verano de 2000 únicamente cimentaron la decisión de votar contra el régimen en las mentes de muchos de los votantes".
¿Ya comprenden la actuación del Foro Penal en Venezuela o la campaña constante que denuncia una supuesta represión policial o el encarcelamiento masivo de mal llamados "estudiantes pacíficos" en Venezuela? La intención es crearle al Presidente Nicolás Maduro una imagen de dictador, asesino y violador de derechos para así llevar a la Revolución a su fin.
¿Cómo lo lograron?
Aplicando todos los métodos pop que hoy vemos a diario en las manifestaciones de la oposición venezolana, todos provenientes del manual de Gene Sharp. Además, recibieron todo el apoyo de Estados Unidos y sus organismos injerencistas, por lo tanto, al igual que en Venezuela, no ocurrió un movimiento espontaneo, ni mucho menos. De hecho, hasta Wikipedia lo reseña:
"comenzó a surgir información sobre sustanciales ayudas logísticas y monetarias recibidas por OTPOR durante la revolución. Sus activistas realizaron varios viajes a Budapest y St. Andreja cerca de Hungría durante el año 2000 para recibir entrenamiento del coronel de la armada de USA Robert Helvey, un colega de Sharp, y Daniel Serwer, director del programa para los Balcanes y el USA Instituto para la Paz".
"En noviembre de 2000 el periodista de The New York Times Magazine, Roger Cohen habló con varios oficiales sobre la ayuda económica presta por USA a Otpor. Paul B. McCarthy de Washington, D.C. dijo que OTPOR recibió gran parte de los 3 millones de dólares enviados a Serbia en apoyo a la democracia desde 1998 a 2000".
"Donald L. Pressley, administrador asistente de USAID dijo que varios cientos de miles de dólares fueron entregados a OTPOR directamente para financiar material como camisetas y carteles".
Fue tan grande y descarado el apoyo que OTPOR recibió de redes financieras internacionales procapitalistas, que MTV los otorgó el premio "Free Your Mind" (libera tu mente) en el año 2000.

¿La misma vaina en Venezuela?
¡Claro que sí! Según archivos públicos de la NED, esta organización financia a ONG's en Venezuela con cientos de dólares con fines políticos similares. Si no nos cree, a continuación puede leer un artículo publicado por La Redoma el 1 de mayo de 2014, con montos en dólares y enlaces directos al portal de la NED (LEER AQUÍ).
A un año de la llegada del Presidente Maduro al poder, jóvenes de clase media, que no pasan ningún tipo de necesidad real y grave (comen 3 o 4 veces al día, están bien vestidos y van mucho al cine), mezclan la violencia urbana con manifestaciones muy creativas que pretenden vender al mundo la imagen de una Venezuela en ruinas, en plena guerra civil y con un régimen hostil. Lo cierto es que es totalmente falso.
Quien venga a Venezuela podrá ver que las manifestaciones de la extrema derecha no superan la veintena de personas y de hecho, los policías, en pleno conflicto que medios como CNN magnifican y catalogan de bélicos, pueden darse el lujo de bajar la guardia y tomarse un jugo porque los enfrentamientos no ocurren en todas las calles del país, sino en una sola, por lo general (Calle Élice de Chacao).
La intención de estos grupos no es precisamente llenar las calles de gente, sino buscar la grabación adecuada para reproducirla una y otra vez en el programucho de Fernando del Rincón, llamado "Conclusiones", el cual es pasado de lunes a viernes en CNN en español. Así alarman a las potencias de la OTAN y propician una intervención extranjera, por "la libertad de Venezuela".

¿Qué pasó con Yugoslavia?
Contrariamente a lo que puedan pensar algunos ingenuos, en Yugoslavia no ocurrió nada bueno a causa del movimiento OTPOR. De hecho, ya no existe el país. En 2003 la República Federal de Yugoslavia pasó a ser la unión de Estado de Serbia y Montenegro. Tiempo después, en 2006, Montenegro se independizaría de Serbia pasando a conformar dos Estados autónomos. Situación similar acaba de ocurrir con Ucrania. ¿Qué quería la OTAN? Pescar en río revuelto. ¿Estados Unidos? Imponer su hegemonía a punta de balas y promoviendo divisiones. ¿Qué buscan las potencias en Venezuela? Petróleo, porque vaya que lo necesitan.
¿Por qué en Venezuela no funcionan estos movimientos separatistas?
Las llamadas revoluciones de colores no calan en Venezuela simplemente porque en la calle están protestando los acomodados, mientras que los anteriormente pobres y marginados, hoy dignificados por la Revolución Bolivariana y socialista de Venezuela, están trabajando en pro del desarrollo de la nación. Millones de personas salieron de la miseria gracias a un señor llamado Hugo Chávez y molesta que otros tantos, estando en mejores condiciones económicas, se lancen a las calles a desconocer el voto de la mayoría, en apoyo a quienes pretenden despojar a los ciudadanos de todas las reivindicaciones y logros alcanzados por un proceso político único en la historia contemporánea universal.
Tampoco calan porque es evidente que la intención de la derecha es dividir al país a punta de balas, como lo propone la actriz antichavista y anticastrista, radicada en Estados Unidos, María Conchita Alonso.

¿Qué pasó con OTPOR?
Sus activistas abandonaron el movimiento para unirse a partidos políticos conservadores y muchos de ellos fungieron con burócratas o diplomáticos. Srdja Popovic fue encargado de medioambiente en el gobierno de Zroan Djindjic, por ejemplo. Además, ya no se llama OTPOR, sino "Movimiento Juvenil de Derecha". ¡Qué triste!
Te pregunto, joven opositor
¿Sabías qué significaba OTPOR? Si tu respuesta es no, retírate de la calle porque estás contribuyendo con una futura matanza entre hermanos venezolanos o con una futura invasión de la cual ni tú podrás escapar.

"We are Resistance" the young kids repeat as parrots, those who have served as cannon fodder for Maria Machado, Leopoldo Lopez, Daniel Ceballos, Lilian Tintori, Antonio Ledezma, among other anti-Chavists, since February 12th of this year. Machado has ensured that this violent movement that has set in mourning the streets of Venezuela is totally spontaneous and without precedent in the country. It is true that the country had not seen anything so gruesome and well organized, but it is not spontaneous, because it has roots that in a few steps we will expose through this article.
Have you ever heard of OPTOR? In Serbian Cyrillic it is written:ОТПОР, meaning "resistance!" It was a movement originated in Yugoslavia in 2000 against President Slobodan Milosevic.
That country, at the time, was experiencing intense civil crisis, going through ethnic clashes between Serbs on the one side and Croats, Bosniaks and Albanians on the other; although initially it was also between Bosniaks and Croats in Bosnia - Herzegovina. Wars and internal divisions in Yugoslavia, as usual, was propelled by the member countries of NATO force who bombed the nation for 78 consecutive days in 1999, leaving 2000 civilians killed and huge material losses.
Why did NATO stick it’s paw in there? Yugoslavia was a socialist country.
United States, through organizations like the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) funded radical groups, ultra-nationalists and extreme right to give life to the "OPTOR" campaign, based on the use of the soft-coup manual and Non-Violence" techniques" proposed by the American philosopher Gene Sharp.
What was OPTOR looking for?
To force-out Milosevic’s presidency, without concern to the fact that their actions could lead to a war in Yugoslavia between brothers until its dissolution, which did occurred in 2003.
What did they accomplish?
Milosevic was taken out of power and was sent to the international court in The Hague in 2001.
Wikipedia (Spanish) - and we will use it as reference because often the opponents of the Bolivarian Revolution will not believe, do not trust and mock - serious sources - states the following:
"Directing its efforts to convince young undecided and other disillusioned voters, OPTOR contributed to political change in the presidential elections of 24 September 2000."
“It also managed to change the vote of its traditional electorate. Part of Milosevic’s machine propaganda accused the opposition as spies and traitors, but when it tried to develop this tactic against young activists of OPTOR, it backfired and all the repression and imprisonment during the summer 2000 only cemented the decision to vote against the regime in the minds of many voters."
Is the Penal Forum performance in Venezuela now, understood or the constant campaign denouncing alleged police repression or mass incarceration of the so-called "peaceful students" in Venezuela? The intention is to create a picture of President Nicolás Maduro as a dictator, murderer and rapist in order to bring the revolution to its end.
How did they do?
Applying all the pop methods that we see on a daily basis in the manifestations of the Venezuelan opposition, all taken from Gene Sharp's manual. Also having received the full support of the U.S. and its interventionist agencies, therefore, just as in Venezuela, not a single spontaneous movement occurred. In fact, it is reviewed on Wikipedia:
"information began to emerge about substantial logistical and monetary support received by OPTOR during the revolution. Their activists made several trips to Budapest and St. Andreja near Hungary in 2000 to receive training from Colonel Robert Helvey U.S. Navy, a colleague of Sharp, and Daniel Serwer, director of the program for the Balkans and the U.S. Institute for Peace."

It was so big and sassy the support that OPTOR received from pro-capitalist international financial networks, that MTV awarded them the "Free Your Mind" award (free your mind) in 2000.

The same crap in Venezuela?
You bet! According to public records from the NED, the organization funded NGOs in Venezuela with hundreds of dollars with similar political purposes. If you do not believe us, then you can read an article published by The Redoma the May 1, 2014, with dollar amounts and direct links to the gateway to NED.
A year after President Maduro’s, coming to power, middle-class youth, who do not have any real and serious needs (eat 3 or 4 times a day, are well dressed and often go to the movies), mix urban violence with very creative manifestations that pretend to sell to the world the image of a Venezuela in ruins, in the midst of a civil war and a hostile regime. The truth is that this is totally false.
Whoever comes to Venezuela can see that the manifestations of the extreme right do not exceed twenty people and in fact, the police, in the media like CNN who magnify the conflict and catalog it as war, can afford to lower their guard and take time to have a drink of juice because fighting does not occur in every street in the country, but one usually only in one (In Chacao’s calle Élice).
The intent of these groups is not exactly to fill the streets with people, but to seek it’s proper recording and play it over and over again in Fernando del Rincón’s petty-program, called "Conclusions", which is showed from Monday to Friday on CNN in Spanish. That way, they intend to alarm NATO powers and foster a foreign intervention, for "the freedom of Venezuela."

What happened to Yugoslavia?
Contrary to what some naive may think, nothing good happened in Yugoslavia from the OPTOR movement. In fact, there is no country. In 2003 the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia became the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. Later, in 2006, Montenegro became independent from Serbia transforming in to two autonomous states. A similar situation just happened with Ukraine. What did NATO want? To fish in troubled waters. United States? To Impose its hegemony at bullet point and promote division. What are world powers searching for in Venezuela? Oil, because they sure do need it.
Why don’t these separatist movements -Click- in Venezuela?
The so called color revolutions does not –click- in Venezuela simply because the ones protesting in the streets are only the wealthy, while the poor and marginalized class of old (80% of the population) was dignified by the Bolivarian Socialist Revolution of Venezuela and are working towards the development of the nation. Millions of people have come out of poverty thanks to a man named Hugo Chavez and it is upsetting that some others, being in better economic conditions, would take to the streets disregarding the vote of support of the majority, and seeking to deprive citizens of all the assertions and achievements obtained through a single political process in contemporary world history.
Neither do they –click- because clearly the intention of the right is to divide the country at bullet point, as proposed by the anti-Castro and anti-Chavez actress living in the United States, Maria Conchita Alonso.

What happened to OPTOR ?
Its activists abandoned the movement to join conservative political parties and many of them acted as bureaucrats or diplomats. Srdja Popovic was in charge of environment in Zroan Djindjic's government, for example. Also, it’s no longer called OPTOR, but "Right Youth Movement." How sad!

Did you know what OPTOR meant? If your answer is no, stay off the streets because you're contributing to a future massacre between Venezuelan brothers or a future invasion of which you will not be able to escape.
